A new generation of T106 B has a number of new technologies and systems that will help you to improve efficiency significantly and bring competitive advantage.

It has the function of automatic separation of pressing boards with two sets of waste clearing.

Regardless of how the layout of the printing and the use of what kind of substrate, it can be used in high-speed operation to clear the waste, as well as to ensure the orderly separation of finished products.

The stripping chase adopts pneumatic automatic lifting up and down, and is provided with a standard quick-lock device and a center-line positioning function, which can make the preparation operation more quick and convenient.

The front and back operation interfaces use 19 inches LED touch screens, making the most complex settings become simple and intuitive, to maximize the efficiency of the equipment.

Feeder Unit

Specification of Feeder Unit

  • High quality feeder, 4 pick-up suckers and 4 forward suckers, ensure stable and fast feeding.

  • Pre-loading device to feed paper without stopping the machine, maximum stack height 1800mm.

  • Pre-loading tracks help the operator push paper stack to feeding position accurately and conveniently.

  • Side gauge can be adjusted to fit different paper.

  • Paper transferred to the front gauge will slow down to ensure accurate positioning.

  • Transferring plate is stainless steel made by the German mould to make the paper conveying smooth and fast.

Die Cutting Unit

Specification of Die-Cutting Unit

  • Adopt Japanese Fuji servo motor to realize precise and stable control of die-cutting pressure; precise adjustment of pressure can be realized through 19-inch touch screen, and the adjustment is accurate to 0.01mm.

  • The die-cutting plate frame and die-cutting lower backing plate are locked by SMC cylinders to avoid the situation that the upper and lower plate frames are not locked and installed in place, and effectively avoid the loss caused by man-made operation errors.

  • The die-cutting board frame adopts a plate-loading method that quickly locates the center line, so that the operator no longer needs to consider the left and right positions of the die-cutting board when installing the die-cutting board.

  • The die-cutting board can also be installed with non-standard size die-cutting boards through the use of auxiliary tools, which is convenient for customers to realize the common use of die-cutting boards of different models.

  • The gripper bar is provided by Komori Japan. It adopts the double-cam opening method, which can open the gripper and release the paper during operation, so that the paper can fall during the operation, reduce the inertia of the paper, and make the thin paper easier to pack.

Delivery Unit

  • T106BF can achieve one-key conversion between stripping and blanking.

This machine combines the new technical advantages of T1060B and is the first model with stripping function in the domestic market.

Gripper margin

Japan's Komori company provides double-cam gripper technology and participates in co-manufacturing the entire system. Doublecam gripper technology can accurately control acceleration and deceleration. The movement of the gripper can be accurately controlled, Suitable for wider paper range and higher speed.

Stripping gripper side

The blanking system realize separation for the waste paper edge and product, complete the die cutting on the upper of delivery part to separate waste paper edge falling onto conveyor belt perfectly, which will be transferred out of machine transportation side.

Die-cutting unit

S 106 DHQ is a double-station automatic hot foil-stamping and die-cutting machine designed for high-efficiency and precise production.

Delivery unit

Adjustable platen brush controlled by AC motor to help unload and stack the paper from the gripper.

The delivery section can control the entire machine through a 10.4-inch touch screen.

Auxiliary delivery rack can realize non-stop delivery.

Die cutting & foil stamping unit

Longitudinal full-frame foil feeding system, which can hot stamp both longitudinally and transversely, reducing the amount of foil used and saving foil changing time.

The aluminum longitudinal axis can be increased to 6 axes according to customer needs, controlled by an independent servo, Yaskawa Servo System.

The gold foil can be pulled out from the machine for easy replacement. Maximum gold foil diameter: 250mm.

Both the vertical and horizontal directions are equipped with gold leaf separation blowing device, which is suitable for large-area hot stamping.

The man-machine interactive touch function can set the length of the gold foil pull out.

If the length of the gold foil is shorter than 6m, an alarm will be triggered, and the gold foil monitoring system can display the length of the remaining and used gold foil.
