STRAIGHT BACK-FEEDING HIGH SPEED CUTTING LINE

Advantages of back feeding paper:

  • Release the operating space in front of the machine to make the operation more convenient. And the operating space will be bigger.

  • Greatly reduce the labor intensity of employees and improve work efficiency. For example, when cutting paper of large surface, it often takes two people to lift the paper stack at the same time. Generally, it takes 3–4 times to complete the movement of the 160mm paper pile, and the machine has to stop and wait. For the paper picking machine, the staff can cut the paper at the same time, a one-time stack of paper to the paper cutting machine.

  • Reduce the number of employees and labor costs. When large paper piles are normally operated, the factory usually has three employees, and the paper machine only needs 1 people.

  • The back-feeding machine can push the stack of paper completely into the back working platform of the paper cutter. Compared with the ordinary paper cutter, it can only push a part of the paper, and it will be more labor-saving and efficient to push the paper into the machine manually.

Advantages of D176 Double Worm Gear Machine:

Driven by left and right double worms. The cutting force will be doubled compared with the structure of common single worm structure.

Due to each worm on the left and right, the cutting force on both sides will be more balanced, and there will be no uneven force caused by transmission part from only one side.

Higher transmission efficiency.

Worm gear has longer service life.

For cutting large size and high strength paper products, double worm gear machine will have obvious advantages over single worm gear machine.

Clamp adopts intermediate transmission design, the overall force and the pressure will be more balanced.

The double-spring cam design is used to rebound the clamp, which overcomes the problem of uneven pressure caused by different paper heights, and improves the safety performance of the presser.

DOUBLE WORM GEAR SYSTEM PAPER CUTTING MACHINE

VPX-Development-System

This machine is driven by twin-turbo of synchronous structure with large transmission power. The output power from twin-turbo of synchronous structure is even which can prolong life-span of machine effectively.

The cutter with twin-turbo breaks through the limit of the one with single-turbo, of which the cutting height could reach up to 210mm so that the cutting efficiency is greatly improved.

The pressure board adopts the center transmission structure and its pressure is overall even, which both improves the percent of pass of finished products and prolongs the life-span of machine.

The pressure board adopts dual spring structure. It increases the safety performance for pressure board to prevent one spring from fracture which will cause the machine falling down. It provides with better protection for operators' safety as well.

Equipped with large-size HD industrial touch screen (S-19, G-22), interactive interface, dynamic guidance of the cuttinsg sequence, convenient for users to cut.

Equipped with imported safety light curtain to greatly improve the safety and protection performance of machine.

Equipped with German advanced CIP4 cutting system. It generates cutting data directly by read PDF, JDF/JFG file on-line and without input the size information, which improves the cutting efficiency.
