Turning Machine

Turning Machine Paper Flip is used for double-side printing. It allows turning to print the back side after the front side is printed, or turning to print the front side after coating the back side (such as mildew-proof, moth-proof, moisture-proof, light oil, etc.).

Through paper-pile flipping, it helps to alleviate issues such as warped edges or crimping that occur when printed paper is stored for long periods.

Many types of paper require flipping, such as CCNB (printed only on the grey bottom), TRL (printed only on the white bottom), and offset paper (printed on the opposite side).

The machine also performs airing and dust removal, jogging, and reduces impurities such as lint and paper scraps. This improves the surface quality of the paper and reduces double feeding.

It supports clear powder spraying to speed up ink drying, reduces paper adhesion and set-off, minimizes ink odor, and enhances both production efficiency and product quality.

Guowei Full-automatic paper loading machine has the Fetch function with automatic feeding. The feed roller can quickly separate piles of paper sheets by a set height and move them to the working table.

The paper position and height of the pneumatic gripper can be detected accurately by the infrared distance security sensor. This ensures the whole feeding process is accurate and efficient, reducing labor intensity while improving efficiency and working accuracy.

Guowei Full-automatic paper unloading machine series has functions of automatic recognition of paper size and location, automatic feeding and unloading of paper.
